Kurt Mercurio’s Funeral Arrangements

Kurt Paul Mercurio, 42, passed away on May 08th, 2020. Kurt is a single father survived by his daughter Sierra,(21) , son Kamden (18), and youngest son Rocco (10). Kurt, as a single father, worked day in and night to provide for his kids and his mother in her late 60s. In mid April, Kurt had fallen and was admitted into the hospital for a few weeks, and testing revealed the toll his injuries had taken on his body but he was left without answers and discharged. We expected him to be okay. He returned to the hospital two additional times seeking help as his pain and injuries were severe.




He was laid off due to COVID-19 but was excited to be starting a new job following his hospital stay. He was to begin in the month of May.


On May 8th, 2020 around 4PM, Kurt was found deceased in his bedroom by his middle son, Kamden.




We are not disclosing the cause of death, but please note that we have an open case with a legal team now, and cannot speak on this part of the tragedy.




Due to COVID-19 the family has been suffering from the sudden economic impact. With Kurt’s passing being unexpected, we don’t have much to put towards funeral arrangements. We ask if Jesus puts it in your heart to donate, even the smallest amount, would be of tremendous help to his family during this difficult.
