Kurtis’ Fight Against Leukemia
Donation protected
Recently, Kurtis Couch received devastating news that he’s been diagnosed with Leukemia. This unexpected news unfolded when Kurtis sought urgent care due to worsening symptoms, leading to the discovery of an off-the-charts white blood cell count. He was rushed to the ER, where a CT scan unveiled an enlarged spleen measuring an alarming 371 mm. The doctors were astounded that his spleen hasn't ruptured yet, and the confirmation of the exact Leukemia type awaits further investigation but is likely Chronic Myeloid Leukemia.
Currently awaiting insurance approval for the specific cancer medication, Kurtis faces an uncertain road ahead. As a counselor for troubled youth at McCrossan Boys Ranch, his dedication to his job is unwavering, but the prospect of being unable to work for an unknown duration during treatment adds a significant financial strain.
In this time of uncertainty, Kurtis draws strength from the support of his dogs, family, and friends, but the financial burden is daunting. With potential challenges ahead and mounting medical costs, Kurtis needs our help.
We are rallying together to provide Kurtis with the financial support he urgently requires during this trying time. Your generosity can make a significant impact on his journey towards recovery.
Please consider contributing to Kurtis's GoFundMe campaign and share his story to raise awareness about his battle against leukemia. Let us unite as a community to offer Kurtis the strength he needs to face this challenge. Your thoughts, prayers, and support are deeply appreciated as we stand by Kurtis in his fight against Leukemia.
Thank you for your kindness.
