A beautiful soul gone to soon

I'm still trying to come to terms with the fact that I'm even having to make one of these as I didn't think I'd ever have to, atleast not so soon anyway so please bare with me.

Anyone that knew my mom, Cathy, whether it be from New York, Vermont, or Florida, knew that she wore her heart on her sleeve and would do anything for anyone. She was a very selfless person and always put others before herself.

For the last 3 years, my mom's health has been declining. Unfortunately she gained her angel wings this morning after a long battle with CHF and pulmonary hypertension.

My family and I are not ones to ask for help so this isn't easy for me to do. I'm creating this in hopes to raise funds to help with cremation expenses, as she didnt want a funeral/services, and other expenses that come along with this horrible thing. If you can't donate than please share. My family appreciates any help given.
