Kwart Family

The Kwart family have been Anaheim Hills residents for over 20 years.  They have raised their children locally and over the years have contributed to their local community with fund raising and volunteering.   

Don Kwart in particular has been extremely involved in sports programs going back 20 years including Anaheim Hills Little League, Travel ball programs, president for 2 years for the Canyon Comanche Boosters Non Profit and most recently assistant coaching for Canyon High School Baseball program.  


In 2013 Don was diagnosed with cancer and has fought the battle tirelessly enduring rigorous chemotherapy treatments and mulitple surgeries.  Don's chemotherapy treatments have been discontinued as they were no longer producing positive results and his condition is terminal.  

Since his diagnosis, Don has not been able to work and Sharon has been the sole supporter of the family finances and medical expenses.  During these years Don has continued to give his time between treatments and surgeries to his community and local programs as mentioned above. 

This GoFundMe is created to pull the community together and help give back to the Kwart family for all the support they have shown our community and their mentoring of our young men and women throughout the years.   


Don's well established reputation in the baseball community has brought people and businesses together alike.  Anyone who can pass this GoFundMe along to our neighboring baseball programs and businesses would also be greatly appreciated.
