Help Students Launch UCF's Highest Rocket

Tax deductible
Knights Experimental Rocketry is UCF's largest Student Organization, despite being only two years old! It's 600+ members have launched the First Liquid Engine Rocket from a Florida school, tested the First Electric Thruster in the nation made solely by undergrads, and more!

UCF's recent budget cuts have slashed KXR's fiscal capacity. Our mission is to prepare students for industry and bring fame to UCF, but we can't do that without your support!

Spaceport America is the biggest international rocketry competition, we're hoping to help fund our rocket "Helios" and get 40+ students out to New Mexico the launch the 20-foot giant.

Helios is the the next step in KXR's high altitude rocket development. With a goal altitude of 30,000 feet, Helios will fly 6 times higher than KXR's previous altitude record holder, Pegasus, as seen below.

Help us make history and support STEM! KXR also works to promote STEM in the local Orlando community through volunteer work.

All proceeds from this fundraiser will go specifically to building "Helios" and funding student travel to the Spaceport America International Rocketry Engineering Competition
