We are fundraising for our coworker and friend Harvey Diaz during the unexpected passing of his son Kyle.

Kyle Javiel Diaz, 31. Passed away unexpectedly on March 21, 2023 in Annapolis Maryland.

Born on January 14, 1992 in Leonardtown, MD to Gloria Jean Dorsey Diaz and Javiel "Harvey" Rameriez Diaz.

Kyle went to Leonardtown High School and would of graduated with the class of 2010 but left early to earn his GED and go on to UTI to learn a trade in auto mechanics located in PA.

While in high school Kyle worked at Do Dah Deli where he learned the love of cooking. After leaving UTI and returning to St. Mary’s County where he started working at Tires Plus of California, MD. While working at Tires Plus he decided that his true passion was cooking. He left Tires Plus to go work at various establishments and finally landed a job working at a high-end restaurant as a sous chef at Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant.

Kyle had many talents and loves. He always enjoyed being around people, especially his family and in turn his family and people loved being around Kyle. His mom was his world, no woman could ever compare. He would love to make anyone laugh with his big smile and some impressions or jokes. Kyle loved to mimic Chris Farley and Dave Chappelle skits. He had perfected it so well you would have thought they themselves were doing it. Kyle always had his hand extended to help anyone in need and willing to give his last dollar, if need be, to help someone out. Kyles heart was bigger than himself. Friends and family alike knew if you needed a pick me up to call on Kyle. He enjoyed listening to all types of music, but heavy metal was his favorite such as Pantera, five finger death punch, Godsmack and so on. He would write poems and make rhymes. He loved to play video games; he had perfected Guitar Hero. He loved anime and Dragon ball Z his favorite character was Kurama. His favorite Football team was the Redskins.
