Dear friends and family,

In the summer of 2016 after completing my GCSE's I will be embarking on a three week expedition with a group of 10 other students to the Himalayan State of Ladakh, located near Tibet in Northern India.
The reason for our adventure is to reach out and help the people of Ladakh who unfortunately are not as privileged as we are.
Whilst there we will be assisting in a variety of environmental, school and local Buddhist community based projects; such as providing English lessons, taking part in sporting activities and conducting workshops on nutrition and basic hygiene.
