Kyle's Healing Journey Needs You

While visiting Bryce in Arizona, Kyle was involved in a motorcycle accident where another driver turned directly in front of him, causing him to crash into her vehicle. The impact propelled him into the air over the car, 75 ft away. He was wearing his helmet, which saved him from sustaining a brain injury. He did incur a life-threatening injury to his Vena Cava, which is the main artery that carries blood from your legs back to the heart and lungs. Miraculously, by the grace of God, he was able to have immediate surgery to stop the internal bleeding. He currently has had a couple of surgeries to repair the main injury, but still has more to go. While he is stable from the bleeding and the repair, he is still in need of prayers. He will likely be in the ICU for another 2-3 weeks, then over to a rehab facility to learn to walk again and regain his strength for another month. As his doctor says, "This is a marathon, not a sprint."
