The Reverend Leslie Blake Carter, known as Blake to friends and family, passed away in his 75th year on December 20, 2024, surrounded by loved ones at Lakeshore Hospital in Pointe Claire, Quebec
A graveside service will be held at O’Connery Cemetery in Kakabeka Falls, Ontario, with details to be determined. A memorial service will take place at Briarwood Presbyterian Church in Beaconsfield, Quebec, on December 27, 2024, at 3:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the L. Blake Carter Memorial Fund with the goal being to raise funds to help cover the expenses associated with fulfilling his last wish of being laid to rest in Kakabeka Falls, Ontario. Any remaining funds will be donated to HHT research (https://curehht.org).
