L3, L4, L5, S1 Disc Spondylolysis surgery

Dear Friends, I am fundraising for a Medical emergency in India.

One of my school mate and friend Mr Keerthi Anil is suffering from L3, L4, L5, S1 Disc Spondylolysis . Need to undergo surgery Immediately. He is from a very poor back ground and very sadly he lost his wife few months ago with cancer.

He had two small children.
