need help

My son,Wesley Haynes was in a near fatal car accident in 2014,that has left him paralyzed from his elbos down..he just got out of ICU and they moved him to a nursing home..im having a hard time getting his disability and medicare started..his bills are piling up,and without his insurance they wont give him ANY physical therapy. On his own he has learned to move his arms...and with the right therapy i feel he will walk again..he has a long road ahead of him,but rehabilatation is expensive...we tried to get him in a place in atlanta ga,that specializes in spinal cord patients...but its all about the insurance...i dont know where else to turn...any help to provide him with the things he needs to learn to walk and function again is appreciated...
