La Posada Mannheim, Luis und Manu; Bistro & Kultur

Hallo allerseits, mein Kollege Manu und ich hatten den Traum einen Standort in Mannheim zu eröffnen, der unser lateinamerikanisches Essen, unsere Kultur und unser Erbe vereint. Diese Reise hat uns weit gebracht, aber angesichts der weltweiten Situation in Bezug auf COVID-19 mussten wir unsere Pläne bis vor kurzem unterbrechen. Ein Bekannter geht in den Ruhestand und hat uns angeboten seinen Standort La Posada zu übernehmen. Wir haben viel getan um das Bistro zu bekommen und der größte von allen war und ist der finanzielle Aspekt, was mich auf diese Platform gebracht hat. La Posada ist für uns der Weg verantwortungsbewusst das Leben in die Stadt zurückzubringen. Mannheim ist eine Stadt voller Kultur und Leben und wir glauben, dass La Posada ein weiteres Stück davon werden kann.

Die Mittel werden verwendet um alles im Bistro zu kaufen einschließlich: Tische, Stühle, voll ausgestattete Küche und die restliche Einrichtung. Darüber hinaus auch die Kosten für Renovierung und Beleuchtung.
Unser Ziel ist es im Juni diesen Jahres eröffnen zu können und es würde uns viel bedeuten eure Unterstützung zu bekommen.

Hello everyone, my colleague Manu and I have had a dream of opening a location in Mannheim which combines our latinamerican food, culture and heritage. This journey has brought us far, but given the situation around the world concerning COVID-19, we had pause our plans until recently. A dear friend is retiring and has offered us to adopt his location, La Posada. We have taken large steps into getting the bistro, and the largest of all is the financial aspect. And it has brought me here. La Posada is, for us, our way to start bringing back life into the city in a responsible way. Mannheim is a city full of culture and life, and we believe La Posada can be another piece of this.

The funds will be used to purchase everything in the bistro, this includes: tables, chairs, full kitchen, and all ammenities. Not only that, but also the costs for renovation and some lighting.
Our goal us to be able to open in June of this year and would mean the world to us if we can get your support.

I want to personally thank you in advance for your help. Thank you for helping me take one more step to fulfilling our dream. Thank you for helping Mannheim come back to life. And thank you for your generosity.

Hola a todos, mi colega Manu y yo hemos tenido el sueño de abrir un local en Mannheim que combine nuestra comida, cultura y herencia latinoamericanas. Este viaje nos ha llevado lejos, pero dada la situación en todo el mundo con respecto a COVID-19, tuvimos que pausar nuestros planes hasta hace poco. Un querido amigo se jubila y nos ha ofrecido adoptar su local, La Posada. Hemos dado grandes pasos para lograr adquirir el bistró, y el más importante de todos es el aspecto financiero. Y me ha traído aquí. La Posada es, para nosotros, nuestra forma de empezar a devolver la vida a la ciudad de forma responsable. Mannheim es una ciudad llena de cultura y vida, y creemos que La Posada puede ser una parte más de esto.

Los fondos se utilizarán para comprar todo en el bistró, esto incluye: mesas, sillas, cocina completa y todas las comodidades. No solo eso, sino también los costos de renovación y algo de iluminación.
Nuestro objetivo es poder abrir en junio de este año y significaría mucho para nosotros si podemos obtener su apoyo.
