To get Lachlan to World Junior Championships

My name is Lachlan Lewer. I am a figure skater for Team USA. I started skating when I was 3 years old, in Australia where I was born and raised. I moved to America for an opportunity to try pairs in November 2020. In 2022, I partnered with my current partner and started representing the United States. I am a 2 time National silver medalist, a World junior competitor placing 7th, and an international gold medalist. My skating partner and I have been selected to represent Team USA with pride at Junior Worlds. I have sacrificed so much to be where I am today. I left my family and my home to pursue this dream. I cannot work since I do not have a green card so it is a struggle for me to pay for extra expenses. Approximately 5 months ago, I submitted a visa application so I can stay in the US and pursue the goals and dreams I have had ever since I was a little boy. However the process has taken longer than expected and had some complications, and my ability to return to America to train and improve for the future is in serious jeopardy. The $2500 would be used for getting my visa application expedited and hopefully approved. This would allow me to pursue my dream to go to Taiwan and earn a medal at the World Junior Championships.
