Lacombe Pride Society

Hello friends! We're raising funds for the Lacombe Pride Society to bring fun and safe programming for 2SLGBTQ+ individuals, youth, and their families in Lacombe and surrounding communities.

Right now we are in need of funds and support to host our first-ever Pride Weekend, August 25-26th. We'll be hosting several events over two days, including a family-friendly bbq with story time and activities; an all-ages Pups and Pints event at a brewery; all ages Pride in the park complete with drag queens, glitter tattoos, yard games, a dance party, and Indigenous presentations; an all-ages All Bodies inclusive swim at Kinsmen Aquatic Centre, and an adult drag show to cap it all off.

We are working with community partners to bring our vision to life, and we would be so grateful for your help. In addition to monetary support, we are recruiting volunteers for the weekend, too. Please reach out for more information.
