The Laguna Beach Historic Preservation Coalition and Historic Architecture Alliance are filing a lawsuit against long-time Laguna residents who have already gone through the painstaking process of getting the design of their home approved over the last 4 years.
They are using a law called CEQA, which is designed to protect California's environmental resources by limiting impact, not prevent residents from preserving, adding on to, and updating their homes. This law has a long history of abuse for personal gain.
What can you do to stop this misuse of the law and the abuse of our Laguna Beach residents?

Funds will be used to spread the word about our mission to protect Laguna's homes and residents' rights to make their homes livable for their families, and to defend a lawsuit already brought forward by The Laguna Beach Historic Preservation Coalition and Historic Architecture Alliance against Laguna Beach residents.
