Lahaina Fire destroyed best fisherman's business

I am raising money to support my favorite fisherman in Hawaii, Lopaka, who was devastatingly affected by the Lahaina fires. My family has known Lopaka for many years and we connect with him every year we visit. Lopaka has taught our family all the details of how to fish the Hawaiin Islands, including everything from the best locations, the best time of day, how to put on bait, what tackle to use, and the best method of casting, all while sharing his Hawaiian culture. Every time Lopaka takes us fishing across Maui, it is a new and amazing experience for our entire family. Lopaka sadly lost his entire fishing equipment store and his livelihood which is his family's primary source of income. Lopaka is one of the most generous people we know and despite his own misfortune, he took in another family who lost their home and Lopaka is now supporting other local Hawaiians from Lahaina. We are hoping that by raising money for Lopaka and his family, he can restart his business and ensure that it remains locally owned. Any amount of donation will help Lopaka and his family rebuild their life. We are so devastated for all of the families in Maui who have been affected by this horrific fire and hope your donation can be the start of the rebuilding effort.
