Melikidse Family Lahaina Fire Help

Thank you to all who have sent your thoughts and prayers to my family. My brother (Jonathan Melikidse), his wife (Christy) and two kids (Grace and Gavin) are currently staying with friends in Kihei. They were told by everyone fleeing the area that there was nothing left. All the info they were getting said their place was gone. It wasn't until some people were able to get back into Lahaina in the last days that they discovered a large portion of their residential community was sparred despite being surrounded by the decimated town. They likely will not be able to live there for a long time. The condo was not spared, however. There is still so much struggle ahead.

They are aware that they are far more fortunate than so many others and they will be helping out neighbors and friends affected by the devastation. Funds are going directly to my brother and his family for them to help themselves and their friends and neighbors as they struggle with immediate needs. Thank you all for the generous support you have provided, the kind words and care you have sent their way.
