Lake O Tree Planting in Memory of Phillip Roland

In lieu of flowers for the service, to be held at the Evangel Assembly of God Church, 7/29/2023 at 11am, please donate to Phillip Roland’s dearest cause, Lake Okeechobee. Anglers for Lake Okeechobee will be organizing a tree planting drive in honor of Phillip Roland, to plant Cypress Trees around the lake. Phillip was an advocate for a healthy Lake Okeechobee. He traveled around the state of Florida, and areas around the lake educating others about water quality issues concerning Lake Okeechobee, native grasses on the lake, and fought tirelessly to defend this precious natural resource for everyone, especially the people of the Glades.
