Laken Bumgardner

Hi, my name is Ellie I was asked and given permission to make this gofundme for a family who truly needs all the help they can get. This tragedy has hit home for all of us with a young great mother. On 12/17/2022 Laken her two children and one bonus child were with her boyfriend who had been drinking, when she asked to drive home due to his drinking. He started hitting her in the face causing nose bleeds so Laken walked away. She sat on the side of the road waiting for him to pick her up after some space the next thing she knew she was in the truck with the oldest yelling at her to stay awake as her boyfriend ran her over with the vehicle. This has left Laken with her spine broken and half her face tore up and in critical condition. As of now Laken is stable, but needing major surgeries to try to give her the best outcome possible. 

The family could use all the help they can get, from expenses of taking care of her children, traveling back and forth to the hospital to her and not to mention what this hospital and surgeries will cost. The children also do not have anything for Christmas so the family is accepting any toy, clothing and diaper donations! If you have no means to help donate they more then appreciate all the shares and prayers they can get right now as she is far from out of the woods right now.

Her children are Electra age 3, Bane age 2 and her bonus is Nevaeh age 9.
