"Hello, my name is Lama Shaheen, and I am reaching out to you with a heartfelt plea to save my family.

We were forced to flee our home in northern Gaza due to relentless bombing, which destroyed our house. Now, we are living in a makeshift tent in Khan Younis with no protection from the elements.

During the winter, we endured cold nights and rainwater seeping into our shelter. Now, in the heat of summer, we suffer from extreme temperatures, famine, thirst, and the constant threat of diseases. Our living conditions are dire, with biting insects causing skin infections and spreading disease. Food is scarce and incredibly expensive, and clean water is a luxury we can no longer afford.We are a family of 12, including twin babies, a 10-year-old girl, a 7-year-old child, a 5-year-old girl, a 4-year-old girl, and six adults. My brother, a kidney transplant patient, requires clean drinking water and a nutritious diet, both of which are incredibly hard to come by.

The last channel through which food aid was delivered has been closed, leaving us with little to no access to essentials. Our current situation is unbearable, and we desperately need help to survive these inhumane conditions.Your donation can make a significant difference in our lives.
