L&Q Virtual Crisis Square Mile Run 2020
Take part in our Virtual Square Mile Run for Crisis between Friday 12 and Friday 19 June and help to raise money for our corporate charity.
The outbreak of the coronavirus and government guidelines means that this year's Crisis Square Mile Run has been cancelled. The good news is that we will be holding our own virtual event and it has never been easier to take part.
Simply choose a distance of either 4 miles or 10km and decide how you will cover it. You can walk, run, cycle, swim, roller skate, scooter - whatever you like! You can take part in your own or get your family members and pets involved too.
Sadly, homeless people are hit especially hard by the outbreak. They're more exposed to the virus and more likely to suffer from untreated respiratory conditions, as well as mental health conditions, that can make the challenge of self isolating (where this is possible) even harder.
Crisis launched their emergency campaign 'In This Together' to help people into safe accommodation, provide emergency foods and hygiene packs, and provide emergency grants to smaller homelessness organisations facing financial difficulties.
All of this would not be possible without your donations. So, grab your trainers and help raise some money for charity at the first ever Virtual Square Mile Run!
