Hi. Our names are Nikki and Liz, Lana's work wife and sister-in-law. We are starting this GoFundMe to help support Peter, Lana's husband.

Lana suddenly passed away on July 27, 2023. This loss is devastating for many. She was one-of-a-kind. Lana was such a strong and supportive woman and saying, “She will be missed” is an understatement to all that knew her.

Sadly, Peter not only lost the love of his life but the sole provider for their household. Peter had been laid off. Then in March, Peter suffered severe heart complications and spent 5 weeks hospitalized. He has had to undergo several surgeries and therapies, with care ongoing. Unfortunately, he has also lost his health insurance through this tragedy. His progress towards recovery should not be halted, if we can help it.

Lana wished to be cremated and her ashes spread at the ocean, her favorite place. A service to do this will be planned in the future.

The loss of his wife during an already stressful financial situation has been extremely overwhelming. He needs help with their 3 dogs, memorial costs, meals, other bills, and moving expenses. Additionally, Peter would like to have a place in a cemetery to be able to visit and feel close to her.
