Help Lacey Help Landon Please Share

Sunday night we got a call no parent should ever get. Our boy was being airlifted to the hospital. He totaled his truck. He had to have immediate surgery. He had a complete break of the C3 and fractured his C4. He was on a vent for three days and unfortunately his right lung started filling up because he is unable to breathe/cough on his own. They pumped his lung out. The next step was a tracheotomy. It helped a little more. Unfortunately it was filling right back up and he started running a fever. He had pneumonia and other infections in his lungs. He’s had to have his lungs suctioned out a few times. They started him on antibiotics. Again his lungs were filling up so they suctioned his lungs out and tested his blood which helped them determine that he needed a different antibiotic. The doctors said that he is completely paralyzed and that we need a miracle. His mom has been by his side every step of the way. She worked 10 hour days six days a week to keep bills paid and her babies taken care of and happy. She was financially supporting them on her own for years and now unfortunately she is not able to and won’t be able to. Landon needs his mother! He needs her more than ever!
