Landon’s getting a new heart❤️

Hello everyone, I’m sure most of you know by now, my brother has been in a battle with his heart for almost 2 years. He was diagnosed with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy in May of 2021, had a defibrillator put in the month of June, 2021, and since then has had 2 Vtach storms that shock his heart back into rhythm. First episode he was shocked 8 times, this last time he was shocked 10 times and also had the paddles used to get his heart beating right again. In an attempt to fix his heart he has had 2 ablations done at Duke where they go in and try to repair the damage, however this time the damage is too severe to fix, and we are at Duke Hospital right now waiting on a heart transplant. We are all scared and nervous, but we know God will look out for him! Unfortunately money will be a huge problem. He will be in the hospital at least 4-6 weeks, if not longer. His wife will be out of work to be here with him, and also my mom. Hotel expenses, gas and food will be high, not counting medical expenses not covered by insurance and bills that keep coming no matter what your circumstances are. I’m asking friends and family to please help if you can so their financial burdens won’t be so hard. What they are having to deal with as far as Landon’s health is hard enough, please help me help them relieve some of this burden. And above all, please continue to pray for them and a successful surgery and recovery!
