Landywood Primary New Football Goals Project
Donation protected
To Whom It May Concern,
Our names are Harry and Jude and we are pupils at Landywood Primary School in Great Wyrley. We both play football for Ace Academy on Sundays and train at Rushall Olympic.
We are hoping to raise money to purchase some new goal posts for the school’s football team and to also help lots of children to enjoy football at playtimes and lunchtimes. Our target to reach is £1040. We only have a few months left to raise this money as we are both moving to secondary school in July.
Football is a huge part of our school and we want to leave the younger children with a better set of equipment than we had during our time at the school.
Having new goals will help everyone at Landywood enjoy football and help them play for a grassroots team like us. Sports like football really really help school children stay fit and healthy, make friends, experience teamwork and improve wellbeing. Football has been important to me personally as I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes two years ago. When playing football, it allows me to forget about everything, as I am just focussed on enjoying the game and scoring goals.
Please can you help us with a donation towards making our wishes come true. However big or small, would be brilliant.
Thank you for taking the time to read our letter,
Best wishes
Jude and Harry.
