Laney Playing Baseball in Japan

Donation protected
Since I didn't have any takers on my kidneys or liver, I'm resorting to this. lol

Laney was invited by Megumi Kitta, the former head coach of the Japanese National Women's Baseball team, to train with her team in Osaka, Japan. This is a monumental opportunity for Laney to further her baseball career.

I think Spider-Man said, "With great travel....comes great cost." I'm paraphrasing, but you get the idea. lol

Anyway, this year alone, Laney and I (and my parents sometimes) have traveled to Australia, Arizona, Las Vegas, Virginia, Indiana, and Kentucky, and we still have Japan and Florida to look forward to. So I'm anticipating the money is going to get real tight.

I know many of you have supported my daughter before, and I cannot thank you enough (you get a pass lol).

But if you are:
  • a fan of Laney
  • a person who believes in the movement of girls playing baseball
  • an advocate of Girl Power!
  • a family or friend of mine that knows I've been a single full-time dad of two kids on a teacher's income for over 10 years (my attempt of pulling on heart strings - cue the violins)
  • some random millionaire with money to spare

Please consider donating. Anything is appreciated and no donation is too small!!!!!!

P.S. I put $4000 as our goal to cover flight tickets and hotel costs. Thank you again for reading this.
