Laptops for African Youth
Donation protected
Greetings Friends,
Fifty second generation young people all over Africa have just completed a 21-day Divine Principle workshop and are eager to contribute to heaven's providence. Because most outreach is now online during the Covid-19 pandemic, there is currently a great need in the continent for the creation of websites and online creative content and the facilitation of webinars, including translation. A number of these webinars are with heads of state, former heads of state and other high level leaders, so they are critically important and need to be highly professional.
These young people are quite capable of providing the technical support to make this happen -- if they have the tools to do so -- or learning how to provide that support. The tools they need most right now are laptops.
I am Evelyne Winter, wife of the late Kevin Winter, missionary in Africa since 1975 who passed away in May 2015. These young people are the potential future leaders of Africa. They are smart, tech savvy, love God and are eager to roll up their sleeves and get to work for heaven.
After the conclusion of this workshop, they really need an opportunity to become actively engaged in the providence, and there is also a substantial need for technical work to support online outreach. Laptops will perfectly match those two great needs.
We understand that this is no doubt a challenging time for you financially. But your donation of whatever amount -- however much you feel you can afford -- will be a substantial blessing for the African providence at a time when the desire of these young people to contribute to heaven's work is at a peak and when the need for their creative technical talents is significant. We would indeed be grateful if you would consider contributing now to this very worthy and timely project.
Thank you! May Heaven bless you and your family abundantly!
Warmly,
Evelyne Winter
P.S.: Exceeded our goal? No problem! It's all for the young people.
