Larry Beckley Medical Fees

Larry Beckley, 64, the father of of Bethany and Brittany Beckley suffered from a heart attack on December 28, 2021.

He was found unconscious by his finance Patty who immediately called 911 for help. She preformed CPR until the arrival of first responders to their home in Danville, Illinois. He had been without oxygen for some time and showed little to no signs of life and needed a defibrillator to restore his heart rate to normal, but after having spent so much time without proper oxygenation to his body he had to be placed on life support to keep his condition at stable levels. He must remain on life support and the prognosis for improvement is poor at this time.

If he does miraculously regains the ability to breathe on his own he will still need a great deal of cognitive and physical therapy.

Larry is an amazing person, attentive father, loving fiance, and adoring grandfather. He is an avid gardener and has the ability to tell you facts about about almost any plant known. He has always been a great support system to those around him and constantly gives without thought of what is to be returned. He lives from his heart and loves his family dearly and can put a smile on the face of everyone around him effortlessly. He was able to recently attend the wedding of his youngest daughter Bethany to the love of her life Bryan as well participate in the Christmas festivities with his eldest daughter Brittany and her children Olivia and Liam. Larry and his fiance; Patty, were planning on having there wedding ceremony this March in Florida; which because of of his condition has now been postponed. He has done so much in his life for others and now is the time that we all can do as much as we can for him.

Do to the nature of this incident the family did not have time to work out the financial details of how to pay for his emergency care. With every passing moment the hospital bills are growing and there is no current certainty of how long this process may be. Bethany Beckley has been placed as the Power of Attorney and will be making all large medical related decisions moving forward in regards to his care. Both Bethany and Brittany lost their mother, Cricket Beckley, to meningococcal meningitis in 2008; making Larry their only living parent.

We are asking for $15,000 to cover the cost of medical fees and associated cost that are currently being generated at this time. It is uncertain how much care he will need and all donations wether big or small are greatly appreciated.
