Larry Halpin suffering from MND. Golf Classic

My lovely dad Larry Halpin from Rush Co.Dublin was diagnosed with motor neurone disease in September 2022. This was a huge shock for us and we are all devastated. Unfortunately it is progressing rapidly. MND is an incurable neurological condition that leaves people unable to do everyday things that the rest of us take for granted like moving, talking and swallowing.

My dad loved to play golf, in his spare time you’d either see him on the golf course or in the clubhouse.

The Rush golf club, a couple of his pals and the IMNDA charity have organised a golf classic event for good Friday the 7th APRIL in Rush Golf Club. The event will include 4 time slots throughout the day and in the evening will host prizes along with food and music. Donations are welcomed and really appreciated.

This charity has helped us so much already and we would just like to give something back to them and raise funds for my dads care and needs.
