Lawrence Joseph Hauser, 78, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, after a brave battle with leukemia. Larry had a magnetic personality and touched the hearts of everyone he met. His passion for Syracuse sports ran deep, and he was the biggest fan of his children, and many “adopted” children coaching countless sports teams and organizing events. He lived for family beach vacations and was known around Cornelius as the “man with the hot dog hat” after he retired and operated his dream, "The Dog Haus” hot dog cart.
