Larry & Tammy Dangerfield House Refresh

I am Stephanie Medina. I am fundraising for my Brother/Sister/Friends Larry and Tammy Dangerfield. They have devoted their lives to the ministry of others from preschool to seniors! They would NEVER ask for themselves. Larry and Tammy are in desperate need of a house refresh. It is a big ask, for an even bigger God.

A galvanized pipe burst in the Dangerfield's attic, leading to the entire house needing to be re-piped! The galvanized piping has deteriorated, as it is the original piping from when the house was built. That's only the first phase of what needs to be done to get the house in order. Phase 1 started today, which is the house re-pipe. This includes new fixtures and floors in the bathrooms. Walls have been broken into. This phase is about 70% funded. God is so good!

Help is needed to finish funding phase 1 and to fully fund phases 2 & 3 of the house refresh. The next step is a new roof, which has been deteriorating for some time. Phase 2 would involve re-roofing the house, repairing soffits and eaves using hardi-plank, ensuring they will have a safe and durable home.

Phase 3 is the fun part. We would LOVE to repaint, refresh, restore the inside "like it never happened", only better for them. Remember those holes in the walls....let's completely repair them and paint over all the bad parts! Maybe Tammy will even let us help pick colors! Maybe replace some of the older things in the home, like carpet that has gotten wet in places from the roof.

If you have EVER been touched by this family, now is the time to double down and bless them back! As you know, the Dangerfield's are very private people. They are slightly mortified that this is being set up on their behalf. Please pray about whether you can contribute and pray for them as they navigate this new season in their lives, where they are poured into in a tangible way, as an expression of God's love for them and their faithfulness.
