Hi, I'm trying to raise funds to help my brother, Andy Poss, pay for his wife's funeral.

LaShonda and Andy have been married for 25 years and have three children.

Eight years ago, LaShonda was diagnosed with breast cancer. She began chemo and things seemed to be going well. Then the cancer spread to other organs and parts of the body. They would get rid of it in one part and it would show up somewhere else. The last few years, she had to rely on trials to survive. Basically, being a lab rat. In December, she had to drop out of a promising trial because the hallucinations and side effects were so severe.

Andy had put aside the funds, but hadn't made any arrangements because she wanted to pick out her coffin and wasn't sure where she wanted to be buried.

In July, the directors and actors went on strike. Andy was a truck driver for the studios. He was living off his savings, but with medical bills piling up, he had to use the money that had been put aside.

Andy isn't one to ask for help, even when he needs it, so I'm asking for him.
