last chance surrogacy
Donation protected
My sister needs your support. She and her husband have been trying to have a child for 9 years without success. They have been through many medical issues, surgeries and infertility treatments. She has endured pain, discomfort, tragedy and heartbreak. Their last resort is surrogacy. Please don't let their dream end here; consider donating. Please read their journey below:
My husband and I have been happily married for 10 years. For 9 of those years we have been trying to conceive. We started off excited about the prospect of being parents. We ended up seeking help from a doctor. After 3 failed IUI's, and increased pain and discomfort, we moved to yet another specialist. He performed 2 surgeries and gave us the shocking news that I have severe stage V endometriosis. There was no way I could have a child without IVF. This was terrible news but we saved all we had and tried IVF. This IVF failed as well. I then developed a painful complication from the disease that was attacking me. Yet again I needed a 4.5 hour surgery to remedy the situation. Feeling better, we tried IVF once again which yielded 1 embryo which died before transfer. Over the next few years, I was put on Lupron several times to shut my body down to try to work on healing and saving money for more cycles. Another IVF and we were able to get embryos however the first transfer with a good quality embryo failed. I had surgery again and diagnosed with severe adenomyosis. Another blow…why couldn’t anything go right!? After several months of procedures, we tried another transfer which again failed. The doc said I had one more chance or I would need a gestational surrogate. He put me on Lupron once again for 6 months hoping the adenomyosis would calm down. Unfortunately, the transfer failed once again. We are devastated. We have embryos and no suitable place to put them to grow. We need a gestational surrogate which is expensive. After so many failures, painful procedures, and surgeries, we are tapped out financially. My husband has stood by me through all this, always positive and loving, supportive no matter what. I want so much to give him a child…even if only one….even if I have to go through more pain. Money is the only obstacle for us now. Please help us if you can. We are grateful that you are even reading our story. Thank you so much.
