You’re my only hope

Hi, my name is Asta, and I’m reaching out for help as I fundraise for my beloved partner, Ray.

Ray was recently diagnosed with glioblastoma – an aggressive and devastating form of brain cancer. We met eight years ago, both emerging from difficult divorces, and finally found happiness and peace in each other. We were planning our future together when everything changed overnight with this heartbreaking diagnosis.

It feels like the ground has been pulled from beneath our feet.

After a lot of research, I learned that traditional treatments like radiotherapy and chemotherapy are often ineffective for this type of cancer. There is, however, hope in a specialized private treatment that targets Ray’s specific cancer – but the cost is far beyond what we can afford.

Ray is full of life, dreams, and love – and he’s not ready to give up. Neither am I.
