Last minute help for a Disney school trip

Hello, this is Jim and Sherri and we are trying to raise money last minute(4 weeks to go) for Jackson to go to Florida with his Band and chorus mates. Why last minute you ask? The trip was going to be paid for by his father and was mostly paid for. Then Jackson's father decided Jacksons' grades are not good enough... so he contacted the school on the last day he was able and pulled all the money back. Now it's so late in the process that there is no financial aid available and the fundraisers are over.

Jackson and I have been working with his counselor and Jackson will be graduating this year.

While Jacksons' dad has the right to pull "his" money back, he does not have the right to deny Jackson the trip. We do not believe that Jackson needs to be punished in such a severe way for choosing a more artistic and less academic future. Jackson is a very intelligent person and will make his way just fine in life.

We know a Florida trip is not a medical emergency or a life-altering event... however, he has worked extremely hard to get to go and we ask that you all make it possible for him to do so.
