We are looking to expand and open a restaurant and wine bar - European Bistro and High end wine. We currently have a Cafe in Wooloongabba, Kould be Anywhere and also a private catering company - KnowOne KnowWhere

We are offering you a chance to be a part of this. Anyone who donates will receive the exact funds back as a voucher towards the restaurant when we are open!

Location will be Paddington, Brisbane. We aim to bring our Michelin star backgrounds to Brisbane. High end consist food of the greatest quality and service that will ensure the rest of Brisbane will follow suit.

We have the funds for the initial fit out, now we need to raise money for down payment and equipment. We would love to launch in June/July.

My Background

Growing up in the UK, Scott spent his life around food. At a young age it started with licking the raw cake batter bowls at home and progressed into a passion. After years of training and working in fast paced environments he became the Sous Chef of Heston Blumenthal’s The Hind’s Head in Bray. At ‘The Hinds Head’ he was part of the team that served stunning food showcasing skill, precision, flavour and they were awarded a Michelin Star.

After four years, he was tasked with the challenge of Executive Sous Chef at Heston’s Heathrow restaurant, The Perfectionists’ Café. Heading up a kitchen brigade of 60 he was to implement Michelin Star standards and processes to a venue doing in excess of 1400 people per day.

In 2015 Scott and Rita came to Australia with a wealth of knowledge around European cuisine and service standards. He took on the role of Head Chef at Billykart West End, a successful restaurant under Celebrity Chef Ben O’Donoghue.

Rita has extensive events and functions experience and for the past five years has been running and managing large event spaces. She brings with her Michelin starred service standards and an excellent eye for set-ups and wine pairings.

In 2020, they realised their dream and started KnowOne KnowWhere as a private catering company and in 2021, an excellent opportunity arose and Kould be AnyWhere was born - an industrial style café offering high quality grab-and-go style food, using only the best products and ingredients.

KnowOne KnowWhere prides itself on using top quality produce and delivering a first class experience, offering services such as:  a Chef catering for you personally in your own home or venue; or a restaurant quality experience with fresh ingredients including how-to instructions delivered straight to your door. No job is too big or too small.
