Laura's Fight

Hi, my name is Paulette Chavez, and I am fundraising for Laura Chavez. She was diagnosed with cancer early this year and has undergone several chemotherapy treatments. She is scheduled for one of two surgeries in a few weeks, followed by another year of treatment. This beautiful woman continuously goes above and beyond for her family, friends, and the Albuquerque community. She is currently working with APD Homicide as their Violent Crimes Victim Coordinator, and prior to this position, she was a coordinator for the Crimes Against Children Unit and a teacher for 14 years. She has a heart of gold and has dedicated her life to helping those who cannot help themselves, advocating for victims of crime daily, and educating our children. Mrs. Laura has a long road ahead, but she is one of the strongest women I know and will win the fight! Your generosity is greatly appreciated as she and her family walk through this battle.
