Laura Herrera

For those of who don’t know our mother lived with lupus over the last 20 years. Recently her illness unfortunately has taken a turn for the worse. Since the week of Thanksgiving this last year she has been hospitalized and given treatment to help her condition. On March 2nd 2019 we lost our mom. She fought as long as she could. A very strong woman who wasn’t given much of a chance when she was first diagnosed 20’years ago. She is now in heaven looking over us. 
Laura was a loving, caring, generous soul whose smile would light up the room. Her laugh was contagious and she was kind hearted and understanding. She loved her children and grandchildren with all her heart. She would give without asking for anything in return and help anyone out when they were in need. Laura would attend almost every family function, birthdays, the births of her grandchildren. She was the glue that held our family together. She will be greatly missed and honered  through her children and grandchildren. She was a saint. A loving, caring mother, friend and partner. She was honest, firm but fair. May she rest in paradise. We love you mom!
