Laura Pearce's Medical Expenses

Hi, I'm Amanda Pearce of Harrison, Arkansas. I'm fundraising for my wife, Laura.

Laura is a 35 year old wife and mother, and beloved member of her community.

On the night April 26th, Laura was in a car wreck and had to be airlifted out of state to Springfield. She suffered 8 broken ribs, a partially collapsed lung, and a horrific wound to her thigh. Laura had surgery the next day to repair the leg.

We're asking for funds to go towards Laura's aftercare expenses, and a down payment on another car.

Laura is going to be out of work for several weeks and is our sole provider. I stay home with our special needs son. Laura is going to need medical supplies for wound care, medicine, and to pay for transportation back and forth from Harrison to Springfield for continuing care. We do not have medical insurance, and will have to pay for her medical expenses out of pocket.

We were a one car family, and have an autistic 5 year old with a lot of special needs, that must get to school and appointments. And while we can take on a reasonable monthly car payment, we simply do not have the money for a down payment or to get it registered afterwards.

Donated funds will go towards these medical expenses, and the expenses it will take to acquire another car. The community has been so supportive of Laura and our family during this time, and we are so grateful for your generosity, love, and prayers.
