Hi everyone

My name is Fenix, and I’m wanting to fundraise as much money as I can to help my mom, Laura Reyes, during this difficult time.

Last year, around the month of July, my mother was rushed to the ER due to an appendix rupture. We were immediately shocked when we found out a cancerous tumor was the cause, which unfortunately spread through her stomach and part of her colon. After a constant battle of figuring out what to do, my mom decided to undergo a 10 hour surgery to get part of her colon removed in hopes that they could get all of the cancer out.

While in recovery, we received the hardest news a family could hear. Not only did they not get all of the cancer out, but now we were told she’s in stage 4.

She has started chemo treatment and will continue for a total of 6 months.

This has been such an emotional journey for our family and we thank every single one of you that has reached out to our mother and those of you that has stayed by our side. My mother is the most strongest and selfless woman I know but now it’s time for us to give some love back! Let’s help her beat this!!!! We love you Ms. Reyes and we will be here for you, every step of the way.
