Laura Waszak

"It is a stage 4 - started as Breast cancer and within one month metastasized to bones, primarily spine - it is also in ribs, shoulder and both femurs

It is terminal, no treatment available- only palliative treatment to manage symptoms..."

These are the words of our life-long friend, Laura Waszak. She's a Nort' Hammond girl. She graduated from Clark and went on to create a wonderful life for herself and her daughter, Liv. In an instant, their beautiful life was upended and she now faces life's greatest challenge...finding peace. Someday medical science will catch up to Laura's cancer. However, right now, her options are limited and costly. She has been battling the mental, emotional, physical and financial burdens of cancer for some time now and she is tapped out. No one should fear that they cannot finance their own survival. That's where we come in. Laura will not ask on her own, so we are asking for her. Everyone knows cancer is not cheap. Currently, Laura's cancer has become aggressive and she needs immediate treatments. Please consider helping Laura reach a point where her only focus is living her best life.
