Lauren Williams and Jody Koehler Need Your Help

Lauren and I are a mother-daughter team and we are co-parenting her 6 month old son, Tyler. Lauren is currently in the hospital with sepsis (bacterial blood infection) and we do not know how much longer she will be there. Tyler is currently home with me as he is not allowed at the hospital due to the no visitors policy.

Lauren had just returned to the workforce as a Shipt shopper within the past 2 months and unfortunately is not eligible for unemployment. She won't be able to work for a few more weeks even after she comes home as she will need all of her energy to care for Tyler.

Since May 15, 2020, I have been hospitalized twice with ensuing back surgeries and I'm scheduled for another back surgery on 8/5/2020. I have accumulated over $3000 in medical bills from the last two surgeries with more medical bills to come.

Unfortunately, our household requires Lauren's income (and no medical bills) to make ends meet. Without assistance from our friends and family, we will not be able to pay our living expenses, much less the medical bills coming in. Anything you can give would be greatly appreciated.
