Laurene’s cancer treatments

Our bestie Morgan’s beautiful mother Laurene Ann Genslinger received some devastating news March 27th and was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. ( small cell, non small cell and adrenacaricoma) While following up with the oncologist, Laurene was complaining of leg pain and was sent to the ER for CT scans, MRI and a liver biopsy. They have confirmed that her cancer is also in her liver and she has tumors on her hips and pelvis.

Laurene is no longer able to work as her job requires her to be able to be on her feet for long hours and because of the cancer she is sometimes unable to walk or stand because of the pain. She currently doesn’t have health insurance so treatment has been put on hold until she has a way to cover the costs.

Laurene is a mother, grandmother, wife, friend and ultimately a human being who deserves every fighting chance at kicking cancers ass!

We love Morgan and her mom so much and we want to do anything we can to relieve any bit of stress so they can focus on treatments and self care.
