Lauren's 52-week sea swim challenge
Having been recently diagnosed with MS, I have taken to cold water immersion to help me take back some level of control over my symptoms whilst also pushing me outside of my comfort zone.
The benefits of cold water therapy have been well-documented and I firmly believe in its power to support a healthy body and mind.
I have decided that whilst I am trying to help myself, I would also like to help others.
I have decided that whilst I am trying to help myself, I would also like to help others.
I have set myself the goal of completing a minimum of 2 sea-swims per week (without a wetsuit!), every week of the year in ALL weather conditions with the 365 Sea Swim Challenge, to raise funds for Tiny Changes!
Tiny Changes has been set up to help improve the mental health of children and young people in Scotland.
Tiny Changes has been set up to help improve the mental health of children and young people in Scotland.
They provide incredible support towards helping young minds to feel better and every single donation will help them to continue to do this, at a time when it is needed more than ever.
Ultimately, it's the little things in life that matter, and tiny changes can make a huge difference.
Thank you x
