Lauren’s Law: Lauren Johansen’s brutal murder; Laurens family needs your help. -

We have been trying to seek justice for Lauren and we have been unsuccessful. Everybody wants to point the finger at someone else. Wrongful death lawsuits can be awarded up to 500 million dollars in compensation. Lauren Johansen estimated life time earnings estimated using a wrongful death calculation is 45 million . Tort reform in Tennessee has made the maximum award of 300,000 dollars. The negligence and liability can easy be proved as the court system has already admitted to many of their mistakes. There are over 51 errors and 100 different people involved. The cost for a legal team to even go to court far exceeds the $300,000 maximum award. Creditable wrongful death firms don't want to take our case because they can make money on it.
