Laurens Stroke Recovery Fund

On Sunday, April 30, Lauren suffered a stroke while visiting friends in Las Vegas. She was able to make it to the hospital quickly to receive care and was rushed to have brain surgery to remove the clot that night.

However, while in recovery, the next morning she suffered a second stroke and had to have a second brain surgery to clear the second clot.

She remained in the Intensive Care Unit for several days and will continue to be meeting with neurologists, cardiologists, and many more specialists and physical and occupational therapists. Because of the extended hospital stay and multiple surgeries there are many medical bills for which she will be responsible.
