Laurie Thibaud Needs Our Help!

One of Key West’s most charitable citizens needs your help.

Laurie Thibaud was involved in a scooter accident suffering two ankle fractures, multiple abrasions and stitches. Laurie was found unconscious and was rushed to the Lower Keys Medical Center where she received medical attention and an immobilizing cast on her right foot. The ankle injuries are going to require surgical repair. Obviously, she is unable to work due to her injuries. Like many in our Community working in the service industry, Lauire does not have medical insurance coverage and needs our help for her medical bills and living needs while recovering.

Laurie has always donated her time and energy to a multitude of local charities (Wounded Warriors, Waterfront Theatre,

Sister Season, SMART Ride, AH Monroe, etc.) and resultantly has made Key West a better place for all of us. Ever since we have known Laurie, she has jumped to the aid of all our residents in need. Her humor and compassion

for her community is unparalleled. She has touched so many lives and now we are asking for you to show her how much she is loved in her time of need.

We are unsure of the amount that will be needed but know it will be considerable. As a result, we are asking for you to
