My name is Diane, a single mother of two. My "only" son, Reginald Allen Perkins, is a victim of a grave and gross miscarriage of justice.
He was "Intentionally, Illegally, Unlawfully Arrested".
He was re-arrested based upon the State prosecutors charge of complaint and information filing of a felony domestic assault; with a fabricated fraudulent "by the clerk of the court" probable cause.
After seeking justice within the "SAME" corrupt civil and especially criminal justice system...and waiting 7 years, trying to remove this bogus "FELONY CHARGE",................he committed suicide!
For the most part, those we've elected to become advocates for their constituents like Senator's, Governor's, Congressmen, Councilmen, Mayors, District Attorney's, Attorney General's Prosecuting Attorney's, Probation Officers, Investigators, LEO's, Police Chief's, Judge's, et al, and for all those who end up with a 'crack head' public defender, like my son did, .......................who doesn't care that you can't file your request for discovery the SAME day of the trial.
That you were assigned on the fourth but your FIRST interview of your client, is scheduled 9 days before the trial on the 13th.....trial is on the 15th.
You can't simply just abandon him after the farce of a trial, wherein YOU accepted a plea, not the defendant and filed fraudulent paperwork to get paid for your very ineffective assistance, which is a total violation of his due process and constitutional rights and after 17 days of being warehoused with what amounts to be the elements of humanity who, chose to follow criminal paths, and knowing the previous Municipal Court arrest for a "SIMPLE ASSAULT CHARGE", bond, hearing and trial culminated in a "nolle prossed" and CLOSED CASE; (at 29 years of age....and you know single mother's struggle...but he managed to avoid), not even knowing what .................he was arrested for.
This illegal arrest should have been easy to reconcile, whereby the wrongdoers admit they made some mistakes, after all they're all humans, and for all those who can't grasp WHY black people protest, .............like PD Scott Taylor, that you have to ensure the reports and records have not been manipulated/altered and forged...like the ARREST WARRANT in this case!
After 4 civil lawsuits filed pro se seeking justice because most local attorneys don't want to do the work to challenge the system and the corrupt status quo; unless it was a "DNA type of case or you get enough attention on social media.
