Lawan White's Life Altering Medical Expenses

On August 18th, our beloved Lawan suffered a life-altering medical emergency—a brain aneurysm that led to severe bleeding. Lawan was rushed to the Medical College of Virginia, where she underwent a critical procedure to halt the bleeding. But it was more than just medical intervention; it was God, His unwavering presence, healing, guidance, and discernment.

Lawan's journey to recovery has been marked by resilience and hope, yet it's a journey far from its conclusion. Soon, Lawan will be back home to her husband, children, family, and a freezer full of cake—a sweet symbol of the life she is fighting to reclaim.

However, the path ahead is arduous, and we have been faced not only with the emotional toll but also the staggering financial burden of medical bills, necessary medical equipment, travel for medical treatments, therapy, rehabilitation, and personal care.

In the face of this adversity, we have been deeply touched by the outpouring of prayers, love, and unwavering support from our community. Your presence in our lives during this unprecedented ordeal is a testament to the goodness of God.
