Support Lawrence Cowfer's daughters and Funeral

On February 19th, 2022, our family received news that no one should ever have to hear. Our beloved brother, father, son, uncle and dear friend to so many, Lawrence Cowfer, was tragically murdered and taken from this world much to soon.

 

The murderer eluded police for more than a week, stopping our lives in their tracks. We could focus only on justice and family, not able to grieve without knowing where his killer might be. And now, even with the killer in custody, we are left with more questions than answers. Lawrence was just 35 years old. He was stolen not only from his mother, siblings and friends but from his three young daughters, of which he had sole custody and responsibility.

 

Many people have asked the family what they can do to help. This account is to help with funeral expenses and primarily, to care for Lawrence’s daughters while they do what no child should ever have to: adjust to a life and world without their dad in it. If you have the desire and are able to, please donate. No amount of money, will bring Lawrence back, or change the brutal injustice of what has happened. But every dollar will help his daughters.
